Feel free to come alone - most Freshwalkers do - and you'll be warmly welcomed or invite a colleague or client along for company.Route descriptionDunham Massey is a medieval deer park covering nearly 200 acres and features fine avenues, woodland and open grassland. The herd of more than 150 fallow deer have been resident in the park for hundreds of years.Part of the Dunham Massey Estate, the park includes a magnificent collection of ancient trees with many of the giant oaks dating back to the 1600s. Dunham Massey also has several grade II listed buildings; including the 18th-century sandstone obelisk at the end of the north vista from Dunham Massey Hall.
