Slow Flow Sundays

Take some time for you and join me for one hour of Slow Flow Yoga - Sundays at 5pm.

We will focus on:

• Strength - building core to support your active lifestyle;
• Mobility - helping you to move with ease and reduce aches and pains;
• Calm - regulating the nervous system for better sleep and less stress.

Small group sessions with the opportunity to see real progress and feel part of a community. Includes the option to stay for a drink and a chat at the end of class. Suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience practising yoga.

£12 PAYG or £60 for block booking of seven classes (that's two free classes - subject to availability - please contact me for details of how to book the block).

Mats, props and a calming environment provided.
