We'll be offering free hot drinks all morning too, just show your ticket to a member of our team at the Community Kitchen.We're also delighted to be once again joined by Anna Whyte, a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, who has a passion for supporting individuals to improve their health and feel their best.Between 10:30 and 11:15 Anna will be sharing free healthy snacks, wellness shots and discussing how prioritising certain nutrients can positively influence our mood and mental wellbeing. Our Community Cookery School teams teach people how to cook, run food bank drives at market events, help people get jobs in the food sector and coordinate community meal drives that provide emergency meals for our beneficiaries.Since 2014 we have taught 10,000+ people how to cook - including stroke survivors, young carers, foodbank beneficiaries and elderly people living in sheltered accommodation.
