We will then move through breathwork rounds and then into guided meditation which will allow you to fully surrender and go deeper into the practice.This workshop combines ceremonial cacao and guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system first. From that grounded state, we move into focused intention setting and visualisation so you create from clarity instead of stress.When the body is calm and the mind is clear, intention becomes powerful.This is active nervous system work followed by structured alignment.About your hostI'm Danny, founder of RRR Breathwork.Before stepping into this work I served as a firefighter, trained at RADA (The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and competed nationally in classic bodybuilding placing third in the UK.I have worked in high pressure environments for years. My approach to breathwork is grounded and practical. We regulate the nervous system first.
