Topics to be presented include basic instrument repair, recruiting, managing a transition, and  state mentorship.  Betsy McCann, Assistant Director of Bands from the University of Minnesota will serve as our keynote.  In addition, Alan Feirer will present strategies to manage your transition.  You do not want to miss this!

First and second year directors may apply for scholarship monies through the Iowa Alliance for Arts Education to assist with mileage expenses.
