Tentative Schedule:
8-8:30 ~ Introductions and Housekeeping - coffee and breakfast sweets provided

8:45-9:45 ~ Mindfulness & Meditation with Horses provided by Leslie from HAWK Equine Assisted Learning

10-12 ~ Horse Assisted Self Discovery Session presented by Jessica from Stable Choice

12-1 ~ Lunch (entree and drink included in retreat) at one of the restaurants here in Snead. It may be Sharecroppers, LaCabana, Cottonfield, or Al & Micks

1-2 ~ Walk & Talk Self Awareness -chips and cookies available for snacking

3-5 ~ Horse Assisted Self Discovery Session presented by Jessica from Stable Choice

5-6 ~ Closing Activity

If you want to ride horses, we are offering a guided trail ride in Guntersville where horses are provided. This would be on Sunday and participants would be responsible for the costs associated with the day. Let us know when you sign up!
