Join us for Protect Your Peace, a women’s retreat at Stable Choice, where the calming presence of horses invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Through guided equine-assisted learning experiences (no riding involved), reflective exercises, and heartfelt conversation, you’ll learn how to:

~Release the pressure to do it all
~Recognize what drains your energy — and what restores it
~Reconnect with your authentic calm and confidence

Take one day to refill your spirit.
Because when you protect your peace, you protect your power.

Tentative Schedule:
8-8:30 ~ Introductions and Housekeeping - coffee and breakfast sweets provided

8:45-9:45 ~ Mindfulness & Meditation with Horses provided by Leslie from HAWK Equine Assisted Learning

10-12 ~ Horse Assisted Self Discovery Session presented by Jessica from Stable Choice

12-1 ~ Lunch (and enter and drink included in retreat) at one of the restaurants here in Snead. It may be Sharecroppers, LaCabana, or Cottonfield

1-2 ~ Walk & Talk Self Awareness -chips and cookies available for snacking

3-5 ~ Horse Assisted Self Discovery Session presented by Jessica from Stable Choice

5-6 ~ Closing Activity

If you want to ride horses, we can plan a trip to go do that. Last time we went to Mentone, we are looking for another location, but would be more than happy to return to Mentone if there is interest. This would be on Sunday and participants would be responsible for the costs associated with the day.
