Taught by trained facilitators who have firsthand experience, this course provides essential information and a supportive community, whether you attend in person or online.
 
This is a HYBRID course (offered in-person and online)
What You’ll Learn:

Evidence-based treatment options.
?How the brain is affected.
?Navigating mental health services, schools, and juvenile justice systems.
?Building communication and problem-solving skills.
?Self-care strategies for caregivers.
?How to find hope and connection through shared experiences.
?Each session builds on the last, offering tools, understanding, and encouragement in a confidential, judgment-free space.
