Join me for a deeply relaxing Floating Sound Bath Meditation on Monday, August 31, from 7:00–8:00 PM at The Summit Tennis & Athletic Club.

Float peacefully on the water as you're immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. The gentle movement of the water, combined with soothing sound frequencies, creates a unique experience that helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.
