Wednesday, October 8, 1:30-3:30 pm: Fall Creek School District, 336 E. Hoover Avenue. Enter through District Office Door D1. Walk-ins or appointments welcome.

Tuesday, October 21, 3:30-7 pm: Altoona Police Department, 1904 Spooner Avenue. DRIVE-THROUGH CLINIC. To enter, follow road signs. Appointments only, walk-ins not accepted.

Wednesday, October 22, 3:15-6 pm: South Middle School, 2115 Mitscher Avenue, Eau Claire. Enter Door 6 or Door 1. Walk-ins or appointments welcome.

INSURANCE: For adults with insurance, your insurance company will be billed by NorthLakes Community Clinic. Please bring your insurance card. All children and adults without insurance will receive a flu vaccine at no cost.
