Iowa AEYC will review all registrations received and send confirmation of acceptance to the designated representative of the organization.N ote: If you need more than one table for exhibiting please select the ticket option of additional table on your order before you hit the check out button. This will let us know how many tables you will need.Lunches: Paying exhibitors receive one free lunch per day. You will need to order additional lunches for the additional people at your booth, you can request them on this exhibitor registration form. The cost of an additional lunch is $35/day and due at time of registration.Exhibiting Time:Set up time: 6:00am - 7:00 am both daysExhibiting times:Friday - 7:00 am - 1:30 pmSaturday - 7:00 am - 1:30 pmPayment note: If you are not able to pay by credit card please reach out to Jonni Solum at jonni@iowaaeyc.org for further assistance.Included in registration:ONE 6' table with black table cloth (Unless you paid to add a table)Two chairsWaste BasketPower Strip (If requested in registration)ONE lunch per table (May add more upon registration)Hotel Rooms: If you’re traveling and need a place to stay, we have a reserved block of hotel rooms at Prairie Meadows Hotel for Fall Institute attendees. *Attendees just need to click this link and select their stay dates to book within the block.
