Word of the Year Twist and Release

WORD OF THE YEAR: TWIST & RELEASE

What is a Word of the Year? Exactly what it sounds like. It is a word that you choose to dedicate as a focal point for the year. It’s not a resolution. It’s not even a goal. The beauty of a WOTY is that it’s about your mindset. A Word of the Year is about setting a focus for the entire year.

During this practice, we will discuss the meaning of a WOTY and the process to find yours. We will do about a 30-minute twist & release flow- wringing out the negative of 2025 & opening ourselves up to the possibilities of 2026. After savasana, we will spend some time in quiet reflection to help determine what your WOTY will be for 2026. I will have lists or words & a few guiding worksheets that may be used as you reflect on 2025 & manifest what you want 2026 to hold for you.
