Play with Poses and Poetry

A two-hour workshop geared toward tapping into your own inspiration through the practice of yoga and mini-meditations, with the reading of Donna Ashworth's poetry interwoven throughout. At the end, there will be time to reflect, journal, write your own poem, or create your own pose.
