Paddleboarding, often referred to as SUP, is fantastic way to enjoy our vast array of waterways, to see and experience our wonderful outdoor environments up close.

Venue:
We’ll have exclusive water access at Field Head Farm-Staffordshire, their quaint onsite lake provides ample space to learn, discover, fail and thrive in privacy, whilst remaining safe at all times. With the added benefits of onsite heated changing rooms, toilets and a small onsite shop to purchase hot drinks and snacks (payable on site direct to the venue).

These sessions are open to ages 14+, any level of experience is welcome.
Our coached sessions are delivered for groups of NO MORE THAN x8 people. We keep the groups small, to ensure that everyone on their sessions receives the best experience possible.
Price:
Each session is £37pp.
* This includes all equipment, coaching, insurance and launch fees. Free parking is also available and you will have access to heated toilets and changing facilities.
What to expect during a coached SUP session:
Here just some of the things we’ll cover – but remember, this is ‘YOUR’ session, so we’ll tailor the session to your needs.
• Firstly, we’ll have loads of fun!!!
• You’ll learn new skills!
• Learning will be at ‘YOUR’ pace, and relevant to ‘YOUR’ needs.
• Improve balance, coordination and confidence!
• Rescue Skills; Self Rescue, helping others, calling for help.
• Clothing, equipment & environment – The more we know the safer we can be!
What’s Included:
• Two hours of coaching (includes kitting up and briefing)
• FREE use of our SUP’s, Paddles & Buoyancy Aids
• * If you would like to use your own equipment, please do feel free to bring it along – Just be aware that we will need to inspect the equipment to ensure it meets the required safety standards prior to use on one of our sessions.
• FREE use of our wetsuits, if required * Please note for our colder days and winter courses wetsuits or drysuits are mandatory, so if you have your own please do bring them with you or you are welcome to use one of ours.

What’s Not Included?

• Transport: You need to be able to get to and from the venue
Pre-Requisites/what you need:
• Reasonable water confidence (non-swimmers welcome)
• Clothing to paddle in, suitable to the weather conditions on the day (Wetsuits or drysuits as a minimum for our winter courses).
• FOOTWEAR to paddle in – footwear is mandatory for all our sessions *** NO crocs, sliders, sandals or wellies ***
• Full set of dry clothes, dry shoes and a towel for the end of the session.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE READ
Our beautiful country offers some changeable weather, please be prepared for cooler air temperatures and cold water. Wetsuits or drysuits are recommended for colder days/winter courses. If using a wetsuit, we also recommend windproof/waterproof over jacket to keep the wind off. We also suggest a pair of neoprene socks/boots for extra comfort.
The course will continue in all weathers where safe to do so and may be physically demanding – please ensure you are 100% happy to attend in potentially challenging conditions prior to booking. In the event of unsafe weather (extremely high winds and/or lighting for example) the course may be postponed or cancelled at late notice. You will be offered an alternative date or a full refund at our discretion
