💙 You Don’t Have to Grieve Alone – Join Our Monthly Grief Support Group 💙

Grief is powerful. It shows up in many forms—loss of a loved one, changes in relationships, health challenges, life transitions, and more. No matter what your grief looks like, you deserve a safe, supportive space to process, reflect, and heal.

We’re honored to partner with Guiding Sol Doula Services (Lynchburg, VA) to facilitate our monthly Grief Support Group. This compassionate, guided space is designed to help you feel seen, heard, and supported on your healing journey.

🗓 When: Every 4th Monday (for now)
⏰ Time: 1:00 – 2:00 PM
📍 Where: The Solace Wellness Center located at 101 Avoca Lane. Altavista, VA 24517

This group is open to anyone navigating grief in any form. You are welcome exactly as you are. 💛
