This 4-week workshop emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls.

YOU WILL LEARN TO:
• view falls as controllable.
• set goals for increasing activity!
• make changes to reduce fall risks at home!
• exercise to increase strength and balance.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
• anyone concerned about falls.
• anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength.
• anyone who has fallen in the past.
• anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns.

DATES:
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30-11:30am
• June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26
• Workshop is 8 sessions, meeting 2x per week for 2-hour sessions.
• Participants are HIGHLY encouraged to attend all session to obtain maximum benefits.
