Using the tools of Body Dialogue, we’ll engage in free improvisational movement, guided by:

Tai chi principles of rooting and rising
Alexander Technique directions to support expansion, alignment, and ease in the body
Breathing coordination as a bridge between sound and movement
Through toning, vibration, and fluid movement, we’ll explore the throat center as a place of expression, resonance, and truth-telling where prayer, sound, and embodiment meet.

These sessions are stand-alone; no prior experience or participation in previous classes is required.
