BODIES OF WATER

Bodies of Water Improvisational Movement, Toning & Breathing with Live Violin
Facilitated by Janice Stieber Rous & Madelyn ilana of Body Dialogue

Bodies of Water is an evening of improvisational movement, vocal toning, and breathing accompanied by live, intuitive violin. Guided by Janice Stieber Rous and Madelyn ilana of Body Dialogue, this class invites participants to explore the natural flow and intelligence of the body, opening pathways for release, renewal, and deeper embodiment.

We’ll move through sound and motion to awaken inner currents of vitality, attune to our breath, and restore harmony between body and spirit. The evening will close with a gentle ritual to honor the shift into the winter months, a communal initiation into the stillness and wisdom of the Winter Solstice season.

All are welcome; no prior experience necessary. Come as you are, ready to move, breathe, sound, and flow.
