# Event Details - **Event Name**: 20th Annual Wine & Music at the Wright House - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 19 Sep, 2026 at 02:00 pm – Sat, 19 Sep, 2026 at 09:00 pm (-05:00) - **Event Description**: Join us for our annual day of fun and music at the Dr. Charles M. Wright House. As always, there will be plenty of beer and wine on hand for you to enjoy. Two musical acts; Dakota Danielle returns, 2:30-5:30 p.m.; followed by Drew Sheafor & Audrey Simes, back by popular demand for a fourth consecutive year, 6:00-9:00 p.m.. Bring your lawn chairs, relax in the shaded areas of the Wright House's 5 acres, and visit with friends while enjoying the beverages of your choice and live music throughout the day. Some things to know about this year's event: All attendees will be asked for a $5 donation. If a guest would like a Wright House glass, that is another $5. That first $5 gets attendees a wristband, and it assures our servers that those wearing a wristband are over 21. No alcohol will be sold or served to those without a wristband. You are encouraged to bring your own lawn chairs. You can bring also tables, umbrellas, games, snacks, whatever will make your visit more comfortable for you. We have five acres on which to spread out, so there will be plenty of room. BUT, you are NOT welcome to bring outside alcohol. First, this is a fundraiser to help maintain the 137 year old Wright House and beverage sales is how we make the most money during this, our largest single fund-raiser of the years. And, second, our liquor license and our event insurance does not allow the admittance outside alcohol. All beer will be $5 per glass, while a glass of wine will be $8. Wines will be sold by the bottle, too, for $20/bottle. ACHS Sports Boosters will be selling food again, so please plan to support them. And finally, beware of scammers attempting to use this event to coerce funds/donations from you. If a post, reply, or message doesn't come from this official Dr. Charles M. We will never ask for a donation via Facebook, or advance ticket sales, or money to reserve a spot, or anything else.
