• BREATHWORK & SOUND HEALING WITH ANNEKE & CHLOE – DEEP, NOURISHING SESSIONS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT EMOTIONAL RELEASE, NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET, AND EXPANDED STATES OF AWARENESS.
• MORNING YOGA WITH CYNTHIA – GENTLE YET ACTIVATING FLOWS TO ALIGN BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT, SETTING A GROUNDED TONE FOR EACH DAY.
• RATTLE CRAFTING RITUAL & SACRED SONG CIRCLE WITH MELE – A HANDS-ON CREATIVE AND CEREMONIAL SPACE WHERE YOU’LL CRAFT YOUR OWN RATTLE AND BE INVITED TO SHARE VOICE, STORY, AND SACRED SONGS IN A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE CIRCLE.
