C E L L O F I N I T Y is a live, composed cello-based vibrational practice that works with resonance as a functional carrier of information, experienced somatically at the molecular and cellular levels. It is a practice of cellular listening, a felt conversation among vibration, molecules, and cells. The work is structurally precise and designed to support nervous system regulation, perceptual coherence and deep rest. As layered cello frequencies unfold, vibration moves through the body’s ocean of molecules, where resonance becomes a language of remembering, each note a thread that gently unravels and reweaves us into wholeness.
T o P a s s B e t w e e n is a new constellation of original multi-layered compositions, premiering at Pearces Creek Hall as the first unfolding of an offering that has been gathering with deepened clarity and intention over the past year. The work continues to evolve as a living practice, these pieces emerging as the next threshold. Named for the passage it opens, T o P a s s B e t w e e n invites a crossing between inner and outer worlds, between matter and light, between self and shared field, and between remembering and return.
The full arc of the C E L L O F I N I T Y experience runs for approximately 2.5 hours.
30 minutes of gentle arrival & settling
90 minutes of sonic weaving
30 minutes for soft reintegration
Attendees rest supine for the entire 90-minute offering. You are invited to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga/pilates mat, a pillow, a bolster, cushions, blankets, socks, an eye mask and whatever else you may require to fully support your body. Chairs are available for those who may need them. The glorious wooden floor in Pearces Creek Hall is a direct conduit for vibration, allowing the resonance of the cello to move through it and into the bodies of those resting upon it, creating a full-bodied, immersive experience.
We open the doors at 7.00 am. To allow yourself time to gently arrive and fully settle, we gently encourage you to be positioned by 7.20 am. This gives space to descend gradually into stillness and silence before we begin. The sonic weaving commences at 7.30 am and concludes at 9.00 am. At the end, we allow a further 30 minutes for soft reintegration, so the journey can be completed with spaciousness and grace.
You are warmly invited to stay afterwards and join us for a chai in quiet contemplation or community.
Kindly note the early start time of 7:00 am. You are welcome to come straight from bed, allowing the offering to meet you in that liminal space between dreaming and waking.
