- **Event Description**: Join us for our next ElevateHer Hike! This is a nature-based reset for women in business who are ready to clear the noise, reconnect, and come back sharper, calmer, and more aligned.

We’ll be hiking the Lone Peak Wilderness Trail in Highland, UT. It’s a beautiful out-and-back trail with the perfect mix of ease and challenge.
	•	3.8 miles total
	•	570 ft elevation gain
	•	~1 hour 50 minutes (depends on pace, there’s no rush!)
	•	Generally considered easy, with some rocky + steeper sections. Great for beginners! 

This trail winds behind Alpine homes and near Bridle of Hope equestrian center at the mouth of American Fork canyon. Lots of opportunities to spot deer, rabbits, and neighborhood dogs. 

🥾 What You’ll Need

Keep it simple, but come prepared:
	•	Shoes with grip + ankle support however my youngest did this in converse. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
	•	Optional: walking sticks/poles for my friends that may need more ankle and knee stability 
	•	Layers! Because Utah weather does what it wants. I want you to be comfortable! If we get heavy rain/snow fall we will reschedule for safety and wellness. 
      •	Nourishment: Please bring water for the hike. Gum or hard candies are a great add for keeping your mouth from drying up. Highly suggest an electrolyte drink for after. There is a cute picnic area we will have lunch so please bring a sack lunch/snacks so we can have a little connection at the end as well.
