What if your body was not a temple to be perfected... but a compost heap, alive, fertile, and transforming with every season?

I’m truly excited to once again share this beautiful program. Our last series was fully booked and rich with connection, community, self reflection and loads of nurturing. 

Starting Wednesday 4th March, 6-
7:30pm, (with a potential pause for Easter Holidays, depending on the collective) join me for a 6-week Yin Yoga & Yoga Therapy journey exploring what it means to draw from nature’s wisdom and find stillness as fertile ground.

For those near and far, this program is offered in a hybrid format: come in person to our warm community space, or join online from home. Both options include weekly guidance, Yin practices, and creative invitations, along with all the resources you will need, so wherever you are, you’ll be part of the same shared journey.

This is a program that invites you to honour stillness as fertile ground. Through long-held Yin postures, deep enquiry inspired by The Work That Reconnects by the dear Late Joanna Macey, and weekly nature informed art-as-therapy practices, you’ll learn to compost old patterns, rest in holding, and cultivate new seeds of possibilities.
