You'll see the queen, watch workers communicate through dance, learn how they build a perfect hexagonal comb, and taste honey straight from the frame—honey from the very Linden trees that give our signature product its floral notes.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Ed Morgan is our resident beekeeper and the reason our apiary has flourished. When he joined our farm family over a year ago, we had just six hives. Under his skilled care, we now maintain 14 thriving hives producing 400-500 pounds of our signature Linden honey each year.

Ed's gift isn't just managing bees—it's making complex beekeeping accessible and fascinating. His enthusiasm is contagious, his teaching style patient, and he's guided hundreds of nervous first-timers through this experience.
