Join me for a sound experience designed to support deep rest, emotional release, and reconnection. We’ll begin by grounding with the breath and setting intentions—opening to presence and whatever wants to unfold.

I’ll guide you through a journey using voice, flute, gong, handpan, harp, and other instruments from around the world. These soundscapes reflect the natural rhythms of life—at times spacious and blissful, other times textured, raw, or unpredictable.

We’ll end with gentle integration, time for reflection, and space to share anything that may have shifted or moved through you.

Whether you're seeking stillness, clarity, or simply a space to land—this is an invitation to tune in, let go, and receive.
