The HYROX Doubles format follows the exact structure and flow of a full HYROX race. Teams of two will move through all 8 runs and 8 workout stations, sharing the workload while strategizing for performance, efficiency, and pacing.

NEW: Half HYROX Individual

Athletes will complete approximately 50% of the volume of a full HYROX race while maintaining the same race format, movement standards, and competitive atmosphere. This option is perfect for athletes looking to experience HYROX racing without committing to the full race distance.

To keep the competition authentic, all events will utilize official Open Division weights and standards, providing a true race-day experience.
