From there, you’ll take turns in supported yin postures while offering each other gentle, grounding massage. 
We’ll close with a heart-centered meditation, an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through gratitude.

It’s playful, restorative, and deeply connecting, designed to bring a sense of ease and renewal into your relationship.
