Join holistic healing practitioner, Heike Holthaus as she explains and demonstrates Jin Shin Jyutsu. This is an ancient Japanese art of harmonizing the body’s energy using light touch at specific points on the body. By restoring energy flow, the body’s natural healing process reactivates — easing both physical and emotional discomfort.

Learn with Friends is a monthly guest speaker program, recurring on the second Tuesday of each month. These free events are open to the public and are not only designed to educate and inform people about cancer and all the related areas involved in diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship but so much more! Topics will cover a variety of things including finance, health, fitness, life skills, etc.  The program will take place at Friends Together at 4:30pm in-person and via Zoom. (Contact us for link.)
