You can take the knowledge from our session back to your local area or become a regular volunteer here at The Alnwick garden.Gardens and green spaces are becoming a more important habitat for wildlife. We'll be joined by ERIC (the Environmental Records Information Centre), based at the Hancock Museum, where invaluable information about wildlife is held. This helps to understand populations and the effects of climate change.We will be outdoors for much of this session. Please bring stout shoes  as the garden can be wet underfoot*Please bring a smart mobile phone if you have one*Directions:Roots &oots is signposted from the path connecting Greenwell Rd Car Parks to the Alnwick Garden main entrance, oppite the Dutchess Gate. Accessible for wheelchair users. Toilets and refreshments are available.
