Iyengar Yoga Workshop: Finding Stability & Ease

Join me for a focused morning yoga workshop designed to build core stability, supporting strength and ease in simple backbends and twists.

This extended session will explore key poses with clear guidance, attention to alignment, and the use of props to help you practise safely and effectively.

We’ll work on strengthening the core, creating space through the spine, and developing greater stability and confidence in back stretches and twisting postures.

Suitable for beginners and continuing students.
Options and adaptations will be offered so you can work at a level that feels appropriate for you.
