Set in the breath-taking The Alnwick Garden, Earth and Essence showcases the best of wellness and yoga in the North East. You’ll be invited to slow down, recharge and rediscover balance through yoga, meditation, holistic workshops, breathwork, sound healing, nourishing food, inspiring talks, and a mini bazaar area.
