PROGRAM:

3:00-3:15 – Music on keyboards by Sam Thomas, welcome by Peter Bruun (Executive Director, Studio B), and introduction by Bruce Noddin (founder, Maine Reentry Network). 

3:15-3:35 – International spoken word artist and activist Lady Brion performs a selection of original works addressing experiences of justice-impacted people. 

3:35-3:55 – Artivism in Maine’s Larraine Brown and Norman Kehling present A Different Step, a multi-media presentation of stories and experiences of incarceration and reentry.

3:55-5:00 – Bruce Noddin moderates a conversation between the events’ performers and the audience to explore reentry as a shared responsibility. The event ends with an invitation to Puddle Dock Village School for the closing of Ed Epping’s exhibition.
