Brabazon Half Marathon and 10k

Patchway is the start and finish line for this fabulous running event on 5 April 2026 - Easter Sunday. The 3rd Brabazon Half Marathon and 10k event starts and finishes at Norman Scott Park.

The route takes in Patchway, Bradley Stoke and Little Stoke with participants undertaking one circuit for the 10k distance, and two circuits for the Half Marathon.

The stewarded route will take runners through the Aztec West Lakes, quieter lanes, residential areas, and pathed open spaces including across The Common and around Willow Brook Nature Reserve before heading back into Patchway for a full circuit of Norman Scott Park before the finish line near the Pavilion.

This exciting annual event in the spring calendar for our town and neighbouring towns is the brainchild of local residents Scott Panschuk of YPB Events Andy Maxted of Tri-Max Events who have created running events across many places and have now created a regular event that includes their home town.

The costs are £25 and £40 for each route which includes a chip timing monitor and medal.
