Gyrokinesis Group Classes

The Gyrokinesis method focuses on three-dimensional movement to realign the spine, improve flexibility, and deepen the breath.

Each week we will go through the Gyrokinesis sequences with a different theme to focus on different aspects of the mind and body.

These classes are open to those new to the method and also those wanting to enhance their existing movement practices.
