The job search process can be no fun! There's no perfect time to be out of work for most people. Yet, it can be particularly difficult to be out of work during the holidays.
Well, if you are continuing your job search let's talk about tips and tricks to stay motivated during the holiday season. You're welcome to share your why for staying motivated and going full speed ahead.
Don't be surprised if we talk about the importance of rest as a strategy. We will discuss time-management, short term projects, fun, boundary setting amongst other tips and trick.
About the presenter:
Adesuwa Igbineweka is an equity and access advocate in the workplace. She helps job seekers evaluate employers and job opportunities that align with their values and needs.
She's a proud first-generation college graduate who understands the power of building community and connections in the job search process.
She has 15 years of work experience in higher education and non-profit organizations. She's the founder of Ade’s Coaching & Consulting, and currently the Director of Career Equity and Access at Suffolk University.
She earned a joint BA/MA ‘08 in Sociology/Applied Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
