Many people have used the STAR approach when practicing interview answers. But a new approach, CARL, can be even better for some types of questions. We'll break down what each acronym means and go over how and when to apply them.


About the presenter:

For over a decade, Elizabeth has combined her love of teaching and librarianship to empower people through learning. As the Workforce Development Librarian at the Boston Public Library’s Kirstein Business Library & Innovation Center (KBLIC), she develops programs and resources that give job seekers the tools, skills, and confidence to succeed in today’s workforce.
