✨ Friday, June 5th ✨

7 pm - 9 pm • Zouk Lab

Come work with Leandro and Nayara in this unique lab designed to give equal time for instruction and guided practice! Varying topics will be introduced throughout the 2 hour class and following each one there will be a space for guided practice and feedback from L&N.

? 9 pm - 12 am • Welcome Social 

✨ Saturday, June 6th ✨

12 pm - 2 pm • Circular Motion & Organic Transitions

This class focuses on circular movement, spirals and movement transformation. We’ll explore how to redirect energy through the body and create transitions that feel more organic, fluid and unpredictable.

Topics:
• Circular dynamics and spirals
• Redirecting momentum through the body
• Layering textures and speed changes
• Organic transitions and movement continuity

2 pm - 3 pm • BREAK

3 pm - 5 pm • Linear Dynamics & Managing momentum

A class focused on power, direction and control through movement. We’ll explore how to generate momentum, travel with intention and create strong dynamics without wasting energy.

Topics:
• Directional changes and acceleration
• Weight transfer and body control
• Explosive vs controlled textures
• Using momentum instead of forcing movement
• Horizontal elasticity
