Life is stressful and busy. Sunday Scaries are no joke. Join us on Sunday, July 20th as we fight off the Sunday Scaries and reset our energy for the coming week. Our walk will start at 7, then Mindful Movements and Sounds will be treating us to a sound bath to help us relax. You may wish to bring a yoga mat or a blanket with you. Please be sure to wear appropriate footwear and stay hydrated.
