5K Run
– Check-in/on-site registration opens at 8:00 AM
– Run starts at 9:00 AM
Walk
– Begins at 10:00 AM
All proceeds go directly to NAMI Lehigh Valley, supporting mental health education, public awareness, and support for individuals and families living with mental illness.
Rain or Shine – Please note, the event will only be cancelled in case of dangerous weather (no refunds will be issued in that case).
Together, we can raise awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
