Prepare for the M45 Celebration and the Leprino M45 Run with this 5K Training Program beginning Wednesday, July 29th!

Meet at Ivy Rehab in Allendale Wednesdays at 6:15 PM for 8 weeks! 

$50 per person! Training Program Registration includes the Leprino M45 Run registration (M45 Celebration/Leprino M45 Run t-shirt and medal)!
