Lieutenant Murphy was a US veteran who partook in a workout every day consisting of 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and finishing with another mile run. We do this Murph challenge as a way to honor Lt. Murphy and those who continue to fight and have fought for the freedoms that we enjoy daily.  

We will take on Murph together, with option to scales for all levels so everyone can participate at their own pace.

Allendale Snap Fitness is also using this challenge apart of our May Movement. Allendale Snap Fitness is participating in a fundraiser, 92 for 22, this fundraiser supports veterans who lose their lives to suicide each day. We will have donation opportunities including QR codes that can be scanned during the Murph challenge and prior to in order to raise awareness for veteran mental health and suicide prevention.
