Operation Christmas Child

This holiday season we are once again partnering with Samaritan’s Purse by filling shoe boxes with small gifts for Operation Christmas Child. These gifts are distributed through local churches around the world to tell kids about Jesus. You can pick up a shoe box in the HOPE lobby – along with a list of gift suggestions – to fill and return to City Point by November 16th. *PLEASE NOTE - BOXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED PAST 1PM ON NOVEMBER 16TH.



Shoe-box Gift Ideas: – Soccer ball with pump – Doll – Stuffed animal – Shoes – Toy cars – Jump ropes – Yo-Yos – Toys that light up/make noise – Toothbrush – Bar soap – Washcloths – Combs – Pens, Pencils, sharpeners, crayons, markers – Notebooks and paper – Coloring and picture books – Solar calculators – Socks – Sunglasses – Jewelry and watches – Flashlights (with extra batteries)



DO NOT INCLUDE: candy, toothpaste, gum, used or damaged items, war-related items, seeds, food, liquids or lotions, medications or vitamins, breakable items or glass containers, aerosol cans
