And you know other people are there with the same level of commitment.  The $25 covers the work to create meaningful groups and supplies for each person. You're investing in yourself - I'm investing you.

Simple answer: At the last event we all agreed it would be beneficial to have age specific events and I'm starting with 35+ because, well, I'm in my 40s, and hosting for women in my own season of life means I actually get it.
