FREE in-person Grief Support Group.

This group is open to anyone experiencing any type of grief in the holiday season. The holidays can feel especially heavy when you’re grieving a loss of any kind -- the death of a loved one, disconnection or estrangement from family, loss of relationship, or isolation or loneliness following major life transitions. This free support group gives you a soft place to land for anyone feeling the weight of loss this holiday season
Come connect with others who are also navigating grief as we honor the depth of loss, share feelings with compassion and understanding, and discuss gentle ways to stay grounded through a tough season. You don’t have to do this alone.
