Join us for a new additional opportunity! Start your morning with a guided Bird Walk led by the Prairies & Timbers Audubon Society at 7:30AM. Explore the prairie with experienced birders and enjoy a peaceful visit to our bird blind water feature, where you can observe a variety of native birds up close in their natural habitat. After that, join us for the official First Saturday event! 📸 Photography is welcome — capture your magical moments with our raptors! In partnership with Sensory Days Dallas, a Quiet Area with sensory-friendly activities will be available at all family events. All ticket sales directly support the Blackland Prairie Raptor Center. As a small, self-sustaining nonprofit, events like this - and the generosity of friends like you - help us care for our raptors, protect the Blackland Prairie, and offer educational programs for families.
