WHO: Anyone that enjoys dancing, moving, toning – all ages and fitness levels, we will be showing high & low impact options
WHAT TO BRING: Wear tennis shoes & comfortable clothing to move in; Optional – hand weights, mats or bands
We will be doing a Dance Mixx set that was specifically designed by Jazzercise for this event, it is in our signature class format that will leave you energized for hours. This full-body workout combines 40 minutes of high intensity, dance-based cardio with 20 minutes of strength training & stretching. With great music, easy-to-follow moves and two certified instructors to motivate you. We will have some games and fitness challenges for possible prizes and providing bottled water and snacks!
