Participants will learn about safe purchase, storage, preparation and service when preparing food for fundraisers or events. Class will be conducted by an MSU Extension instructor and will include an extended Q&A on the Cottage Food Industry.
Each participant receives a Cooking for Crowds book, which highlights food safety information as well as resources and tools to help you safely plan your next food sale or event.
Registration is $15 per person, or per couple, for class materials. Space is limited.
