ZAPHYRIA is a chaotic fusion of funk, rap, hard rock, and grunge, delivering sharp, unfiltered lyrics with reckless energy and untamed charisma. Their explosive live shows—mosh pits, stage dives, and shirtless mayhem—have built them a cult following in Amsterdam’s underground.

Formed in 2023 by Jonathan Ivanov, the band is a perfect storm of bassist Boas Ignacio, vocalist Su-lin Zoutendijk, and drummer
Philip de Niet. Their 2024 debut EP, Who Wears The Crown, shook the scene with riot-starters like “Fugazi” and “When I Eat Sushi”,
alongside the seductive mystique of “Rose From Outer Space”.

As co-founders of the Young Underground Collective, ZAPHYRIA has dominated venues like Melkweg and Paradiso Main Hall.
With a second EP on the horizon, they’re rallying a new wave of rebellious misfits—because ZAPHYRIA isn't just a band it's a movement
