Led by the incredible Yuna Choi, this two-class series is thoughtfully structured to guide you from your very first grip to your first full sequence ✨


The Experience:
This two-part journey is designed to build progressively, giving you the time, attention, and foundation you need to feel confident and capable.

Class One — The Foundation
We begin at the roots. Learn essential grips, spins, climbs, and knee hooks: the building blocks of nearly every pole movement. You’ll warm up, condition, and start developing strength and familiarity with the pole.

Class Two — The Flow
Now we bring it all together. Using everything you learned in your first class, you’ll be guided through your very first piece of choreography: turning foundational movement into something expressive and uniquely yours.

With only six participants per series, this intimate format ensures personalized guidance, hands-on support, and a comfortable environment to learn at your own pace.

Whether you’ve been curious about pole for a while or are simply ready to try something new, this is where your journey begins.
