Italian Prosciutto Making Class

Join the 16th Annual AIC Prosciutto Making Class and learn a new skill while having fun! This is the only class of this kind in the USA. The class includes three mandatory sessions
(First session is on January 18, 2026, second session varies, but will be, 1st or 2nd weekend in March, and Final Session is the Sunday before Thanksgiving) You must be able to attend all 3 sessions as this is a process.
Enrollment/Information forms are available via email at YWxpcXVpcHBhYWljIHwgaG90bWFpbCAhIGNvbQ== or can be picked up at the AIC. The deadline to sign up is January 5th, and space is limited. The cost is $125 per person or $175 for a pair who want to share a one Prosciutto, which includes the Prosciutto ham. Everyone is welcome to participate!
